I went in yesterday because my sister dropped her laptop and the fan was making a weird noise. I was told there might be a wait time of a few days but I got a call the same day and am able to pick up the next day. Didn’t expect it to be fixed so fast and the employees were super nice and explained everything so well. If I ever have another issue I would definitely come back. Also definitely recommend to other ppl needing their laptops fixed!
