I am a very happy customer. I am a winter Texan and I loaded an anti tracking program on my trusty but old HP Pavilion computer before I left Canada. Once I got settled in here in McAllen and got access to wifi I found I could no longer search the Internet with ease. When I approached Mike at Taglerock on Monday and explained my computer problem he helped me understand what could be the problem. I left it with him to diagnose and preform the miracles required to have it up and running to my satisfaction. Today, just two days later, my computer is up and running. I went in yesterday because my sister dropped her laptop and the fan was making a weird noise. I was told there might be a wait time of a few days but I got a call the same day and am able to pick up the next day. Didn’t expect it to be fixed so fast and the employees were super nice and explained everything so well. If I ever have another issue I would definitely come back. Also definitely recommend to other ppl needing their laptops fixed!
